Bayswater kitchen: A Modern Classic

Thanks to the shaker-style cabinet fronts and granite benchtop, this kitchen successfully manages to be classical and utterly contemporary all at the same time. Designed by Leonie Von Sturmer, this kitchen renovation had to be sympathetic to its setting - a fully renovated villa. That didn't mean dispensing with clean lines, elegant styling and all the benefits of a modern kitchen, but rather a design that brought classical and contemporary styles together seamlessly. The colour palette of creams, grey and black is rich and tasteful, and the layout is functional and spacious.
