When you commission Neo to build your kitchen, you can expect us to be focused on making it smooth sailing for you. From the initial consultation through to final completion, we work hard to ensure that your experience is straightforward and stress-free.

In this regard we have a big advantage: Neo is one of the few Auckland kitchen companies that does a totally custom-designed kitchen from start to finish: design, manufacture and installation. One company to do it all greatly simplifies things for you, and it is ideal for project continuity and quality control. So whether you're starting from scratch, or already have completed plans and are looking for a manufacturer, read on for a summary of how we'll bring your project to life.

stage 1: consultation
2019 Your-Project Kitchen-ConsultationWhen you're ready, give us a call and have a chat with our designer. You can arrange a consultation with him on-site to discuss your ideas and the scope of your project. We don’t charge for this consultation - it’s free. 

After the meeting, our designer will email you a summary of the proposed kitchen, together with an estimated cost. We can't be more accurate with the price at this stage because the exact details of the materials, tops, finishes etc are still unknown.

stage 2: design
If our estimated price fits your budget, the next stage is to design your kitchen. Our designer will work with you to create and resolve the design, which includes advice on materials and finishes, site visits and measuring, and materials sourcing and pricing. It also includes an incredibly life-like 3D render together with the final detailed 2D CAD drawings.
Once the design is complete, with all materials
chosen and the layout finalized, we can accurately 
 
price your kitchen. At this point you will be shown the 3D render, and given a written quote for design, manufacture and installation of the kitchen as designed. (Appliances and other trades like electricians, builders and plumbers are additional and not included in this quote.) If you're satisfied with the quote, and you want us to build and install your kitchen, we'll put it into production.

stage 3: manufacture
When you accept our quote we can begin production. Manufacturing drawings are prepared and we co-ordinate with other trades that are involved in your project to ensure that all the preparatory work like building, wiring and plumbing will be completed in time for installation. 

Our highly experienced, qualified cabinetmakers, will manufacture your kitchen, bathroom or interior joinery in our dedicated 600 square metre factory. We maintain complete control of the manufacturing process from beginning to end, so you can expect work of the highest standard backed with our 10 year guarantee. Once the kitchen is built, you will be invited to view it in the factory prior to its disassembly for painting.

stage 4: installation
Once your kitchen has been painted, our team of specialist installers will install your kitchen. When the cabinets are all in, the benchtops and splashbacks will be templated, with installation to follow 10 days later. After appliances have been fitted and connected, and any final adjustments made, your kitchen is ready for you to enjoy.
